To My Brother Doug

Here is a little song I wrote for Dear Departed brother Doug. On his eve of passing I spoke and wrote him a little story and later, while reading it in Microsoft Word, I noticed that it had tagged it as 131 words in length. The unfinished spoken thoughts of mine were countless, I thought.

A special thank you to David and Linda Laflamme and Keith Graves for playing White Bird and Hot Summer Day at my brother's memorial. Doug loved this music and he was smilin' as big as he ever did that special day. Thank you good folks.

Brad joined David Laflamme at The Riverwood Inn up here in Humboldt County and played with the Nick Gravinites Band. Again, thank you good folks for the great opportunities.

I will add a mp3 sample of that night as soon as I get my hands on a copy of something.
